  • Who can apply?
    Sole proprietorships, Partnerships and Private Limited Companies (Sdn. Bhd.) Business MUST owned by a Malaysian.
  • What are the interest rates?
    Up to 12% per annum with collateral and up to 18% per annum without collateral.
  • How long is the loan tenure?
    Up to five years without collateral and eight years with collateral.
  • Is there a minimum term for a business to have been in operation before applying for a loan?
    Minimum three years in similar business operations
  • Is collateral required?
    With collateral, loan maximum RM 10 million; No collateral for loan up to RM 250,000
  • What is the range for loan/financing quantum?
    From RM 50,000 – RM 10 million
  • Is there any processing fee/ stamping fee?
    No Processing Fees & No upfront Fee.
  • What are the documents required?
    Application Documents: For Personal Loan: Copy of IC Latest three months’ Salary Slip/Pay Slip Latest three months of salary crediting Bank Account Statement Latest two years EPF or latest two years Tax Declaration Form (BE Form) Extra documents will be required on case-by-case basis For Company: Copy of IC Business Registration Latest six months Company’s Bank Statement (All Banks) Latest two years Audited Account Report (if available) Latest Management Account (if available) BE/B Form with Tax Receipt Latest Debtors & Creditors Aging List Extra documents will be required on case-by-case basis *Extra documents needed will be required on case by case basis.
  • How long is the loan tenure?
    Up to 30 years, or until the age of 65
  • Is there any processing fee?
    No processing fees and no upfront fee.
  • Any penalty fee if the offer is not accepted before signing the loan agreement?
    No penalty charges incur.
  • Can I have a joint-applicant on the loan?
    Yes, joint application allowed.
  • How long is the approval good for?
    Approval is good for one month from the date of the Offer Letter. However, we reserve the right to withdraw the loan approval and/or to vary the loan terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Can I request for early settlement?
    Yes, six months notice in advance.
  • What are the interest rates?
    A maximum of 18% per annum
  • How much is the min/max loan amount?
    RM 5,000 – RM 100,000
  • How long is the loan tenure?
    Flexible loan tenure up to five years
  • Is a guarantor or collateral required?
    No guarantor or collateral is required.
  • Does an early settlement fee apply?
    Three months’ notice is required.
  • What are the late charges?
    Late charges are 8% p.a on overdue amount.
  • Is there any processing fee/ stamping fee?
    No processing fees and no upfront fees.
